Upload your financial data

The platform supports two main data types. You only need one to get started:

Transactions

Best for: day-to-day income & expense records.

  1. Click Upload Transaction File.
  2. Select a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file.
  3. Map columns — the system auto-suggests matches. At minimum, map Date and Amount.
  4. Preview the first 10 rows to verify.
  5. Confirm to import.

See Transactions for the full field reference.

Trial Balance

Best for: ledger-level analysis, balance sheets, What-If scenarios.

  1. Click Upload Trial Balance.
  2. Fill in Name, Period Start/End, Currency.
  3. Select your file and map columns.
  4. Preview and confirm.
  5. Set up TB Mappings to classify accounts.

See Trial Balance for the complete guide.

You can also enter transactions individually via Manual Entry, or sync automatically via QuickBooks / Xero.

4

Run your first AI analysis

Once you have at least 15–20 transactions spanning several months, open the AI Analysis page from the dashboard.

ToolWhat it doesData needed
Future Cash Position 12-period cash-flow forecast (ARIMA), with diagnostics, SHAP explainability, and AI narrative. 15+ transactions, multi-month
Revenue Growth Growth Opportunity Score (0–100) from logistic regression, with monthly predictions and strategic recommendations. 15+ transactions
Liquidity Stability Stability Index (0–100) assessing cash-flow risk, with monthly risk predictions. 15+ transactions
What-If Scenarios Interactive slider planner: adjust 14 business drivers to see impact on Revenue, EBITDA, and Cash Flow. Trial balance data

Each tool follows a three-step AI process:

  1. Data Validation — your raw data is validated and summarised.
  2. Model Computation — the statistical model runs server-side and calculates all metrics.
  3. AI Narrative — the pre-computed metrics are sent to Claude (Anthropic), which writes a structured executive analysis. The AI interprets but never recomputes.
5

Review Reports & KPIs

Click Dashboard in the top navigation to see the KPI reports page:

  • Income & Expenses — totals and net profit/loss
  • Expense Breakdown — pie/bar chart by category
  • Monthly Comparison — month-to-month revenue trends
  • Financial Projections — 3-month profit forecast
  • Stability Ratio — colour-coded: 🟢 Stable, 🟡 Moderate, 🔴 Unstable

If you have a trial balance with mappings, you can also view your Balance Sheet and Income/Expense Statement.
