Tips
  • Answer honestly — the score is for your internal use and continuous improvement.
  • Revisit the questionnaire quarterly to track progress.
  • A "Partially" answer is perfectly valid — it means you've started but haven't fully implemented a practice.
  • E = Environmental (Q1–Q3), S = Social (Q4–Q7), G = Governance (Q8–Q10).
